An Australian standard drink is 10 grams of alcohol. The adult guideline is no more than 10 standard drinks a week and no more than 4 on any one day. Do not drink if you are under 18, pregnant or planning pregnancy, or about to drive. This FAQ is general information — not personal medical or legal advice.
